What to Expect on your First Visit with DOC+
1. On your first visit to DOC +, you can expect a comprehensive evaluation of your oral health. Our experienced Specialists, focused dental care dentists and hygienists will ask about your medical and dental history. We may use x-rays or other tests to get a more accurate understanding of your condition. Depending on your individual needs, we may make recommendations for treatment.

3. For the safety of our patients and staff, please arrive at DOC + Specialized & Focused Dental Centre with a referral slip from your dentist and a list of any medications you’re taking. You should also have insurance paperwork if applicable.
4. Your appointment time is valuable to us - we strive to stay on schedule to minimize waiting at the time of your appointment, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We look forward to meeting you soon!
Please Note: All patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation appointment.
Payment.
At DOC+ Dental Specialty Centre, we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cheques, bank transfers, and cash as payment for services; we ask for full payment at the time of service.
We will help you understand your insurance. Your insurance policy is a private contract between you and your insurance company, we cannot be responsible if there is a change, decline, or delay in your benefit, but we will do our utmost to help in sending a predetermination and helping you understand your benefits.
We will provide you with an estimate of charges prior to your appointment and are happy to answer any questions you may have about payment.
